i found myself singing this on the way home last night and it seemed appropriate because of myriad reasons:

it all makes sense, i suppose, given recent events in the news. also james would've been 52 today and y'all know how that tends to go for me. you can read my post from last year and also from 2012 because i'm pretty sure i don't have anything to add right now.
if anyone needs me, i'll be eating and drinking my feelings for most of the day.
